Adam Wolff, BA, received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Georgian Court University. He began his career with Sunrise Detox as a Chemical Dependency Technician before working his way up to his current position as Service
Director. Understanding that each patient needs individual treatment, Adam is the glue that binds the counseling department and the nursing department, ensuring that each patients’ individual needs are met.
One of Adam’s best attributes is that he is down to earth and exudes empathy for patients, providing them with the respect and dignity that they need and deserve. Seeing patients go from hopelessness to optimism is what drives
him to continue this much-needed work.
Stephanie Zitani, MS, LCADC, Clinical Director
Clinical Director, Stephanie Zitani, LCADC, received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kings College and her master's degree in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Born and raised in Forked River, NJ,
she has been in substance use treatment for the last seven years. Stephanie chose this line of work after she had a close family member pass away from an opiate overdose. After this tragedy, she decided to invest herself
in the field entirely.
As Clinical Director, Stephanie oversees the counseling staff, ensuring that every patient is getting the individualized care they need to have a successful recovery. She works in conjunction with the other directors, assuring
that every aspect of the patients' treatment is handled appropriately and effectively.
Kristine Hart-Posey, RN, Director of Nursing
Originally from New York, Kristine Hart-Posey, RN, moved to the Jersey Shore in high school where she has lived ever since. For more than five years Kristine has dedicated her life to helping those struggling with addiction.
The last three years have been spent with Sunrise Detox Toms River, where she was promoted to Director of Nursing because of her extensive knowledge and training in the addiction field, and her incredible passion for helping
She chose to work in substance use treatment because addiction is a disease that has no boundaries, affecting families, friends, and co-workers. She strives to be an advocate for patients who are often misunderstood, providing
education and action that is needed for their success.
Jennifer Cirillo, MA, Counselor
True “Jersey Girl,” Jennifer Cirillo, MA, earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgian Court University. She has worked in mental health and substance use treatment for over four years in both
inpatient and outpatient settings.
Jennifer chose to work in substance use treatment after the passing of her father who struggled with addiction his whole life. Seeing and experiencing the impact this had on her entire family made it her passion to help anyone
else who was struggling with finding recovery.
Amanda Fiumefreddo, BA, CADC, Counselor
Amanda Fiumefreddo, BA, CADC, earned her Bachelors Degree from Ramapo College in Psychology with a double minor in Sociology and Substance Abuse. She is a member of the NAADAC (National Association for Addiction Professionals).
She previously worked in many different therapeutic environments including inpatient psychiatric care, inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment, dementia patients and children with developmental, behavioral and
psychological issues. This professional background gives her a unique perspective and empathy for those struggling with addiction and alcoholism.
Amanda’s family history with addiction drove her to land in substance abuse treatment ultimately. She wants to help patients and their families find the proper treatment and in turn, find recovery and peace in their lives.
Francesca Rubino, MSW, Counselor
New Jersey native, Francesca Rubino, received her master's degree in social work from Monmouth University. Before being a Counselor with Sunrise Detox Toms River, Francesca interned with Ocean Medical Center and Monmouth County
Jail, where she dealt with the aftermath of addiction daily.
As a Counselor, Francesca not only facilitates groups, conducts individual sessions, and aftercare planning, she tries to instill hope in every patient.

Ana Gomez, Administrative Assistant
Originally from Argentina, Ana Gomez, Administrative Assistant, has been with Sunrise Detox Toms River for almost five years.
